Thomas A. Opher, Jr.
President/Founder
Thomas has over 30 years of experience in direct marketing, advertising and print production. He's founder of Accelus Group Inc, a direct marketing and graphic design agency. Prior to that, he was an AVP/Senior Account Director for Tierney Communications in Philadelphia, and in 2003 served as Director of Communications and Deputy Campaign Manager for the Sam Katz Philadelphia Mayoral Campaign. He is a Certified SCORE Mentor to Small Businesses, and supports several charities including Sunshine Foundation, Give Social, and the National Federation of the Blind.

Opher is a three time winner of the Philadelphia Direct Marketing Association's "Benny Award" given annually in recognition of outstanding direct marketing campaigns. Some of his client experience includes The Philadelphia Eagles, IBM, SEPTA and Delaware Park among many others.
Michael Brown
Business Development Advisor
Michael is the founder of MECEC and brings over 20 years of experience in the print industry. He specializes in relationship management, revenue enhancement, and financial and operational improvements.
Prior to founding MECEC he founded Brown & Partners, a print management company in the business process outsourcing space, that offered services to clients at both the local and national levels.
He then led the acquisition and integration of Brown & Partners, $13M growing business, after the purchase transaction of the business with lnner Workings. After the acquisition, he drove significant new business For InnerWorkings grow in the former legacy Brown & Partners portfolio to over $45M in annual revenue. He also was a key strategic player on the Inner Workings leadership team for significant contributions since acquisition including an increase in EBITDA from $700K to as high as $7.1M.
Hayward McCain
Consulting & Business Development
Hayward has over 25 years of Marketing and Sales experience. He has produced millions of dollars in revenue, as an artist initially, and as a sales representative for CBS Sports, WIP Sports Radio, ESPN radio, and the Art Institute of Philadelphia later in his career. He is known as a "BIG THINKER" in the industry. Hayward has been working with Accelus since its inception. His long term relationship with Thom has helped establish a well cultivated partnership that our Clients benefit from. Hayward is also the founder of GivSocial, and is an officer for The National Federation of the Blind, Pennsylvania Keystone Chapter.
Dante' Opher
A/V Creative Director
Dante' is a veteran of Audio and Video Production. He is also founder and owner of FireHouse Studios. A former music producer, writer and entertainer, Dante' has created numerous music and video productions including "Saturday Morning Science", Several "PECO Electric Company" videos (including lyrics, camera work and editing). Some of these videos have been used as community service announcements in the Philadelphia and surrounding areas.
